  Mobile Irrigation Service Technicians
Turf Equipment employs four factory-trained service technicians, Mike Richard, covering Washington, DC, Virginia, and West Virginia; Blaine Oxyer, covering Maryland and southern Delaware; Steve Carpenter, covering eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey; and, Jeff Timer covering commercial central control products for the entire territory. Each technician is available to help you if you’ve encountered a frustrating service issue. Our vehicles are stocked with an endless array of troubleshooting and service equipment. From central control systems, to lost valves, to inoperable Otterbine aerators, these people are a resource for you.

Mike Richard – Started at Turf Equipment in 1993, after working for several years as an irrigation contractor. Mike’s territory includes on-site irrigation repair for Northern Virginia and West Virginia. You may contact Mike at 443-250-2778 (cell).

Blaine Oxyer – Started at Turf Equipment in 2002, after graduating from the University of Maryland, Institute of Applied Agriculture and working as an Assistant Superintendent at The Elkridge Club. Pond aerators provide two main benefits: they improve water quality and they provide an  aesthetically pleasing water feature.  Turf Equipment and Supply Company is an  Otterbine–Barebo authorized representative.  In this capacity, we can provide on-site consultations, evaluate the conditions of your ponds and lakes, and specify the correct aerator for your site.  On the service side, our two factory-trained technicians can get you up and running with minimal downtime.
