Turf Equipment offers its customers two state of the art service
facilities: Jessup, Maryland and Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. Each
service facility is staffed by a group of dedicated professionals and
equipped with the latest, most technologically advanced diagnostic
equipment and tools in the industry. Our technicians are trained and
certified by The Toro Company, Kohler, Briggs & Stratton and Foley
United. They have the expertise necessary to keep your equipment in
optimal condition for peak performance, and do whatever it takes to
ensure that the job is done right. Experienced service personnel will
answer your questions, make suggestions, offer assistance and perform
extensive in-shop or on-the-road preventative maintenance and repairs.
We also employ a dedicated Technical Service Advisor, equipped with a
toll free phone number, to assist customers with diagnosing &
troubleshooting issues, and scheduling road service. Whether in-shop or
on-the-road; our technicians will ensure that your equipment is
operating at the level of optimum performance that you expect and
deserve. Each service facility has a strong team of professional
technicians, with over 75 years of combined experience working within
the turf equipment repair industry. Many of our technicians have
extensive golf course experience. Having lived it, they understand and
appreciate the problems you face everyday. More importantly, they know

Mobile Equipment Service Technicians
Turf Equipment employs two road service technicians in our Jessup, MD facility
(southern territory) and three road service technicians in our Kennett Square,
PA facility (northern territory). These road technicians are prepared to handle
all your needs for on-site equipment repairs. In addition to road service
technicians, (southern territory only) toll free phone technical assistance is
offered, utilizing a dedicated Technical Service Advisor. This factory trained
professional will answer all of your equipment repair related questions;
troubleshoot, diagnose and suggest corrective action steps to assist you with
solving equipment problems. When additional assistance is required, he will
schedule a road service technician to visit your site to complete needed
repairs.
Scott Ward – Southern Territory – Began his career at Turf
Equipment in 2006 after working as the equipment manager at Fountain Head
Country Club. Scott spent 18 years in the military, managing their equipment
fleet. Three of those years were spent at the Presidential getaway, Camp David.
Scott’s territory includes western and southern Maryland, Virginia and West

Kevin Whitmore – Southern Territory – Began his career at Turf
Equipment in 2003 after working as the equipment manager at Rolling Road Golf

Mobile Irrigation Service
Technicians
Turf Equipment employs three factory-trained service technicians,
Mike Richard, covering Virginia, Blaine Oxyer, covering Maryland,
and, Steve Carpenter covering Pennsylvania, Delaware and New
Jersey. They are available to help you if you’ve encountered a
frustrating service issue. Our vans are stocked with an endless
array of troubleshooting and service equipment. From central control
systems, to lost valves, to inoperable Otterbine aerators, these
people are a resource for you.
