 Turf Equipment employs two mobile commercial equipment service technicians
who are prepared to handle your needs for on-site equipment repairs.
Dave Tolley - Started at Turf Equipment in 2004, after attending turf
school at Horry-Georgetown College in South Carolina, working as a mechanic in
the U.S. Army for six years and as a mechanic at Beech Tree Golf Club. Dave’s
territory includes on-site equipment repair for central Maryland, the Eastern

Scott Ward – Started at Turf Equipment in 2006 after working as
the equipment manager at Fountain Head Country Club. Scott spent 18
years in the military managing their equipment, 3 of those years were
spent at the Presidential getaway, Camp David. Scott’s territory

Mobile Irrigation Service
Technicians
Turf Equipment employs two factory-trained service technicians, Mike Richard,
covering Virginia, and Blaine Oxyer, covering Maryland, who are available to
help you if you’ve encountered a frustrating service issue. Our vans are stocked
with an endless array of troubleshooting and service equipment. From central
control systems, to lost valves, to inoperable Otterbine aerators, these people
are a resource for you.
Mike Richard – Started at Turf Equipment in 1993, after working
for several years as an irrigation contractor. Mike’s territory includes
on-site irrigation repair for northern Virginia and West Virginia. You

Blaine Oxyer – Started at Turf Equipment in 2002, after graduating
from the University of Maryland, Institute of Applied Agriculture and
