management distributor located in Jessup, Maryland, with
branches in Fairfax, Virginia; Frankford, Delaware;
Frederick, Maryland and Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. We
provide products and services to several segments of the
green industry. The company distributes top quality
consumer and landscape contractor equipment, including
Toro, Wheel Horse, and
Lawn-Boy, to dealers in Maryland, Virginia,
Washington, D.C., NC, SC, Delaware, West Virginia, and
eastern Pennsylvania. We also sell and service Toro
commercial equipment and several allied lines to golf
courses and other institutional customers in Maryland,
northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., Pennsylvania, New
Jersey and Delaware. In the water management business,
Turf Equipment provides a broad array of products to
professional contractors and commercial accounts
including irrigation equipment, pump stations, pond
aerators, pond construction products, landscape
lighting, rainwater harvesting equipment, drainage
products and allied materials. |

presented to Turf Equipment by Toro in May 2005. This
